Is It My Ego ?
A short little poem and a graphic
Is it my ego that desires to have a destiny ?
A life’s purpose
that is a way to mend
the seams of such a tattered world?
Because I do wish to change it.
What if I were another bright star
in the sky that helped to guide
a lost sailor home?
Would that not make all the grief I carry
worth holding ?
